Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) must be provided.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at glinthub@outlook.comto obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without an RAN will not be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on certain items, including:
- Underwear and swimwear
- Custom or personalized items
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
